Gail Moorhouse is a professional corporate director with a designation in Board Governance. She also holds specific non-profit certifications related to finance and governance.
Experience
She provides a balanced approach having served on both sides of the table. On the management side she has been a CEO, and Executive Director. Her board roles include Chair, VP and Director for more than a dozen nonprofit organizations with different types of governance structure.
