Recharge Solutions is a small boutique consulting practice, specializing in Governance and Strategy for directors on non-profit boards.

At our AGM  about five years ago, our Board Chair, Grant Seabrooke, called me a POWERHOUSE, and the name stuck. It’s a title I carry with pride because it reflects my passion and drive to make things happen.

I like to think of myself as a Business Strategist with a big-picture vision and a results-driven mindset. I’ve been fortunate to have a fantastic career, mentored by some of the top industry leaders in Sales and Finance within the technology sector. With over 20 years in corporate leadership, and experience serving on multiple nonprofit boards, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and rewards that come with these roles.

In 2021, my career took an amazing turn when I earned my Corporate Professional Director Designation. This milestone opened my eyes to the pressing need to support small and rural nonprofit boards and their management teams in driving sustainable growth and advancing their mission. It was a perfect fit with everything I learned in my Governance Training, and it sparked a new passion for helping others succeed.

That’s why I founded Recharge Solutions. Here, I develop strategies, create action plans, and share my insights to empower other leaders to thrive. My approach is balanced, rooted in my experience as a CEO, Executive Director, and Board Chair, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to the table. Whether it’s through workshops, consulting, or one-on-one coaching, my goal is to help you and your organization succeed in making a lasting impact.
